Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order before it ships.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times & Rates

Standard shipping takes 5 to 12 business days for delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your abaya ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to check the status of your package on our Order Tracking page.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.

Customers are responsible for paying any extra fees required to clear customs.

Delayed Delivery

Weather delays, high-volume shipping seasons, or customs checks may cause your order to take longer than 12 days.
